01 Agreement to these terms

By using this site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site, call us instead and we will help you directly.

02 What we do

St. Cloud Landscaping Experts is a local service business. We provide the services described on this website and follow up with the people who contact us about them.

03 Quotes and estimates

• We quote before we begin. You approve the price before work starts.
• If we find additional work is needed once we are into a job, we stop and get your approval before continuing.
• Figures shown on this website are general references, not offers. The price that applies to your job is the one we quote you.

04 Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information about you and about the work you are asking for.
• Tell us about anything that affects safety or the scope of the work.
• Let us know as early as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule.

05 Scheduling, weather, and cancellation

We will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated timeframes. Supply availability, the conditions we find, and circumstances outside our control can move a completion date.

06 Payment

Payment is due on completion unless we agree otherwise in writing. Returned payments may incur a fee.

07 Photography and marketing

We may photograph completed work and use those photos in our marketing. We will not publish your name, address, or face without your permission. Tell us if you would rather we did not photograph your property and we will not.

08 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability arising out of a transaction with us is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

09 Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, supplier failure, utility interruption, or government action.

10 Communications

If you opt in to text messages, our messaging practices, including how to stop them, are described in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.

11 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Osceola County, Florida.

12 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version in effect when you transact with us is the one that applies to that transaction.
